The England Fire Service Rugby Union Squad is selected from serving fire fighters and other fire service personnel from brigades all over England who give their time and talents freely to represent the fire service.

This is a representative team who play against other national fire service teams, other service teams e.g. H M Prison Service and The Army ITC, on an annual basis.

The Fire Services Sports and Athletics Association The Fire Service Sports and Athletic Association play an important part in the fire service today. It importantly ensures its members maintain fitness, encourages a competitiveness that leads to pride in the brigade and service, and engenders a spirit of achievement in continually striving for a higher standard.
